Dental health in Mexico has been implemented in all our branches through a new biosafety capsule that allows dental appointments to be made, avoiding the dispersion of aerosols between the patient and their treating dentist.

The development of this biosafety capsule allows us to maintain the best conditions to provide our service in the current circumstances, taking care of the handling of the aerosols and particles that are produced, and which are another factor to take into account in this stage of possible infections.

In addition to the care measures such as hand washing and the protections of the health areas, the capsule is enabled in 85 clinics, which has meant a significant investment, along with the adjustments and safety elements.

Its ergonomics allow the dentist to perform any procedure using the work accesses designed for the operator and his assistant. A test study was conducted with the air exchange more than once per minute, where the removal of all the particles in the cabin is verified, giving us a safer option in the new reality of dentistry.

Since the pandemic hit, we have stayed close to patients through video consultations. There we had to reorient them in order to reinforce dental health practices applicable at home, guarantee the continuity of the oral health of the more than 55,000 patients we serve and, consequently, the job stability of our more than 150 collaborators who attend. in our 14 clinics.

With the introduction of these control capsules, we continue the stage of technological applications and modernization of our infrastructure to optimize the experience of our patients every day, offering greater protection and security against the risks that this pandemic has brought.
